HI! My name is Lisa Arpino and I am a 52-year-old mom of 3 girls, and a full time school psychologist. I am an ACE certified personal trainer and a NASM certified sports nutrition specialist. I began competitive bodybuilding in 2013, and I currently hold Pro cards in OCB (women's physique) and WNBF (women's bodybuilding). Recently I have also become a certified judge with the OCB. I love everything bodybuilding, and enjoy becoming involved in any way I can! I am honored to be joining this team of amazing athletes and coaches to give back to our communities this fall! I am very proud to be raising money to provide food and meals to our local miltary veterans at the Montachusett Veterans Outreach Center. Thank you so much for your support!
